Congratulations to Amyra, who just won the title of 2014 IsaBody Challenge Grand Prize Winner and $25,000 cash for her commitment to embarking on a life-changing transformation journey!
A fitness professional by trade, Amyra worked out daily but was still gaining weight and was constantly exhausted. She knew it was directly related to her financial pressures at home. She also knew something had to change. “Life before the IsaBody Challenge® was frustrating,” shares Amyra, a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers NFL Cheerleader and current group fitness instructor. “I was always active yet kept gaining weight. Then to be in front of a group, trying to help them get in shape and not being in shape myself was exhausting and disappointing.”
Not to mention the not-so-exciting news she received from her doctor following her yearly physical.
“The tremendous financial pressure my family was having, the stresses of motherhood, and the long hours my husband was working resulted in a lot of late-night snacking and me weighing 173 pounds,” says Amyra.
That’s when her good friend shared Isagenix.
“I immediately ordered a system and signed up for the IsaBody Challenge®,” she says. “I lost 7 pounds* that first week,” exclaims Amyra. “But it was at an Isagenix® event when I realized that this is more than just a physical transformation. The desire to look her best, coupled with her drive to financially give back to her family, drove her to get up each morning and work out. She also partnered with her husband, Aaron, to build a team of families. Their vision is to free families to live the lives they truly desire physically and financially.
Her success became apparent three months into her first Challenge when she slipped back into her pre-pregnancy jeans. Even more exciting for Amyra was purchasing her first pair of size 2/4 jeans less than one year after joining Isagenix®. To date, she has released over 35lbs, dropped 6 dress sizes, and says she looks better now at 40 than she did when she was 20 cheering in the NFL!
